  • Every Monday at 10am (Paris CET) This class consists of a series of routines that use various size and density balls to release muscles from tightness and tension, which have created restrictions in the body. You will start to feel toned and realigned after the 1st class, the results are felt immediately.
  • Every Monday at 11:30am (Paris CET) 30 minute Foot Fitness classes  Strengthen your feet and learn to correct painful patterns that lead to fallen arches, plantar fasciitis, bunions, hammertoes and many more problems . Classes will increase flexibility, bring back movement and separation of the bones of the foot, improve muscle tone, and increase circulation and  “get your shoes out of your feet .” They wake the feet up and get them moving the way they should.
