Stool or chair (no arm rests) and yoga mat
NB -when you are seated on your stool, your hips need to be above your knees.
After each class, drink plenty of water and try not do anything strenuous for up to 12 hours afterwards. (ie Gardening, picking up heavy objects)

The techniques and exercises used in classes/private/group session are very safe, but, as with all forms of exercise, it is prudent to consult with your doctor before exercising.
